Rentals

The Community House is available to rent for private events and gatherings. Please contact CLIIA's Rental Coordinators Becky Joyce (207-749-7144) to inquire about availability. Individuals seeking to rent the Community House must complete the rental agreement (PDF) submitted with the appropriate fee and deposit.

Rental income is used by CLIIA for minor building repairs, grounds upkeep, utilities, and other maintenance needs.
